Answer #7:
Do you have visual health issues? Its GENERAL MOTORS. GM payed their loan already, you out-of-touch conservative moron.Answer #8:
Too pricey for my blood.Answer #9:
I wouldn't consider an electric vehicle because I live 35 miles from work. It's just not a practical idea for me to depend on a souped up golf cart to drive 70 miles a day round trip. If I was in the market for one, it wouldn't be the Volt. I won't purchase a GM or Chrysler product. They begged for tax dollars, claiming to be 'too big to fail' and they produce an inferior product to begin with. If I was in the market, I would consider the Leaf once it's been out for a couple of years (I never buy a first year run of any vehicle). But, I've had good luck with Nissan through the years.Answer #10:
No thanks, I've been pretty disappointed with most of the crap mobiles GM has been pumping out the last few years. The only redeemers GM has had are the Camaro, Corvette and even the short lived Saturn Sky.Answer #11:
Teaparty you have no concept of who made what. GM never manufactured a Ford F-150.Answer #12:
You know whats worse: The Toyota Prius. Its battery must be mined here in the US, because we have the material. It must be shipped to Japan to be "smelted." Then shipped back to America for final assembly. The amount of fuel and pollution used by the ships that transport the battery and the battery stock outway the amount saved by the car itself, over its lifetime.Ever heard of nuclear and wind powered electric generation? :)
Although GM is my favourite car company I will not buy one until it is no longer owned by the government.
