I suppose people didn't thank Bush that the crashing economy lowered gas prices because they were too busy worrying about the crashing economy.

There is not one liberal today in America justified to whine for any reason about the gas prices. If you don't support drilling for oil on our own soil, live with the price even if it goes to $15 a gallon. Because back in December of '08, many democrats in Congress were quoted saying that they would rather see gas prices hit 15 dollars a gallon than drill. And I didn't make that up!

However, the day that Bush stated that he supported drilling, oil prices dropped 20 dollars a barrel. Image how much more it would drop if Congress would support drilling??!!

Yet, liberals want to rant that Bush has stock in the oil companies, yet his action caused the price to drop, regardless. Liberals are the ones wanting to keep the gas high, yet expect us to believe that they are "so concern" for the poor. IF liberals were as concern for the poor as they say, they would support drilling if for no other reason to make it easier on the poor. The liberals care for the poor? It will be a cold day in satan's palace before I believe it!
